UGC-affiliated universities are most incompetent and unable to answer relevant questions. UGC has been monopolized and compromised by incompetent people. Workers or people from UGC-affiliated universities are not able to answer relevant questions. They do not have relevant courses in question-and-answer format in the English language to educate students. |
