On January 1, 2010, I came across this press release on the Internet: In a significant development, the Kashmir University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Doordarshan Kendra, Srinagar.

What should be the starting program of this series?

This is really good news, provided its aim is quality education.

Before going into production, the university must answer these questions: What books will it convert to TV programs or series?
Who will standardize the quality of the English language?
What English reference dictionary will it use?

Regional and structural variations exist in all languages.
Comparatively English language is better evolved and evolving.
Most universities are English medium universities.
Has the reference English language dictionary displayed these regional and structural variations?
When was the last update done?
How will these programs enhance industry-specific and situation-specific education?

There are at least 35 questions relevant to this program.
