There should be Internet resources 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Competent workers who can answer questions and practice answers to relevant questions. They should be able to communicate in English and one local language. They should be able to reply within one minute either via e-mail, fax, telephone, or other communication channel. They should know others are auditing them. There should be relevant equipment as per the specialty of emergency. |
