What do you know about monopoly? How has your relationship been with Farooq Abdullah and Omer Abdullah? What do you know about their crimes? How did they make entry into the courts’ responsible positions while being so incompetent, harmful? Who selected them, him/her? How competent and honest were those who selected them, him/her? What were the questions asked during their selection? How is their competence evaluated yearly? Who should evaluate their competence and where should the evaluation be made public? What questions should be asked in yearly competence evaluation? Are these questions documented? Ask public to stay away from them until they answer all questions. Send them on social welfare for survival needs. What is the difference between a tribunal and a commission? Chief Justice of Kashmir (J&K) has no answer to these questions. Placement of competent, honest judges and judicial staff at various locations: who will answer questions publicly and practice answers to these questions. Matter of fact: monopoly with harmful Indian national conference and Indian congress and their harmful counterparts have corrupted judiciary in Kashmir (J&K) and other regions.
