All English language dictionary publishers, English language newspapers and magazines, TV, departments, editors, editing services, English teachers, principals, schools, colleges, university heads, lexicographers, others.
People from all over the world are encouraged to submit their papers.

Each paper should be enclosed with a non-refundable processing fee equal to 10USD. If anyone can not pay the fee, attach a statement: I cannot pay this amount.
